Holistic Horizons Support Services is a small family owned and operated company based opposite the Redcliffe Hospital. We service clients throughout the Moreton Bay and Brisbane areas. The difference with our service is that we can provide care when YOU want it – whether it’s during the day, evening, night or weekend. We value input from the families of our clients, and pride ourselves on our level of communication. Services can be one on one, or small groups. Overnight respite is also provided in our comfortable home away from home. We have a goal to be the service provider of choice in the local area and will do everything in our power to achieve this.
