By assessing you at home, we do not need to make assumptions about your home environment.  As a result, we can make instant changes to those things which may be contributing to your aches and pains.

Just like regular physio sessions, private health insurance rebates can be applied for reimbursement.

How are we different?

We provide you with personalised exercise videos.

We believe that a 20 minute physio session is simply not enough time to perform a thorough physio treatment. Therefore, we provide a 1-hour assessment and 45-60 minute follow up sessions. As a result, you may need fewer sessions for recovery.

We employ evidence-based physiotherapy practices using a combination of manual therapy, exercise, education, ergonomics and corrective taping – things that are proven to be effective in your rehabilitation.
